Past projects and early notes

These pages are from 2023 and 2024, when AMYBO was a handful of people working out which protein to make, what to make it in, and whether the whole idea would work on a kitchen table. They explain how we got to the electroPioreactor, and we’ve left them as they were written, typos and all.
